Linura Studio is a small shop for thoughtful little gifts. We design and curate plantable seed paper cards that grow after you send them, classic greeting cards for every occasion, wedding keepsakes on handmade paper, detailed 3D fridge magnets, and dog toys tested by a very opinionated schnauzer. You can also find us in person at street markets around New York and New Jersey.

Why Linura exists

Hi, I am Irene, and Linura Studio started with two loves: cards and my schnauzer.

I have always loved getting cards and postcards. Opening one genuinely makes my day. But once the moment passed, every card ended up in a drawer, and that always felt like a quiet waste of something made with love. So I went looking for a better way, and I found it. A card does not have to be just a card. It can be made of seed paper, so after you read it, you can plant it, water it, and watch it grow. To me that is more than being kind to the earth. It is planting a little hope along with the message.

The other half of the shop belongs to my schnauzer, whose life goal is toy freedom: no shortage of things to squeak, tug, and carry around the house. Every toy here passed the sniff test at home first.

How do I plant my seed card?

Soak the card in water for up to 24 hours, tear it into pieces, plant under a thin layer of soil, and keep it moist. Sprouts appear within 1 to 6 weeks.

What flowers will the card grow?

Wildflower mixes that vary by design, including daisies, poppies, chamomile, wild thyme, Clarkia, and Black-eyed Susan. All non-invasive and loved by pollinators.

Can I write on it with a regular pen?

Yes. Ballpoint, gel, and pencil all work well and do not affect the seeds.

How fast is shipping?

Orders ship within 3 business days, and most US orders arrive within 7 business days. US shipping is free over $35.

Do you take custom or wedding orders?
